What is Professional Hygiene?

Well it comes from being mindful of the following: a)remembering to attend meetings on time. b)checking your calendar to understand your commitments prior to starting your day-give meetings the attention and ear they require-do not check out! c)following processes on time; do not break processes and decide to finish them once a week because that's easier for you. d)over-communicating but with respect for others' time. e)respecting each person you work with (inside and outside of your organisation) and respecting their roles which sometimes can be invisible. f)Completing tasks on time even if it means staying that extra 30 minutes. g)Being approachable and available. h)Being accountable, disciplined, and truthful. i)Reflecting, Re-iterating, and improving.
