Please go through the pricing mentioned on the Club Page (this pricing is the base rate and the rates can vary based upon the length of contract you choose + the room type and size and the floor the room is located on within the club). P.S we know this can sound complicated and not transparent but we always lead with 100% trust, so trust us?

You have two ways to contact us 🤩:

******a) By booking your club tour directly: Hyphen Recommended Leave your information on Hyphen Clubs landing page and book a tour on the tour booking widget which pops up after step 1. You will get a call from our customer onboarding specialist one day before you tour, we will also follow up with you post your tour to discuss next steps and help with any queries.

b) Calling us by clicking on the click to call button on the club page (you will be connected to our customer onboarding specialist, please remember to leave your information on the club form if your call is not picked up). (this is only available from 10am to 7pm; Monday to Saturday).

Step 1: Read the expectation setting document to get an understanding of any charges and our terms and conditions- here. Once all your doubts are cleared, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Booking amount payment: a non-refundable INR 10,000 booking advance to book the room of your choice via the link that will be shared by our Sales team. Please note booking are only taken 10 days before your move in date.

P.S.- Please don’t make any payment elsewhere (unless this is communicated to you officially via an email from a hyphen.club url)

Step 3: We will reach out to you for the creation of your sublease agreement and will ask you to submit your Aadhar card for verification and onboarding purposes.

The next few steps(4 & 5) will be orchestrated on your Email ID. Please note that we do not hand over the keys to your room unless the next two steps are completed (4 & 5).

Step 4: E-sign your sublease agreement. You will be emailed your sublease agreement for an e-signature. You will also receive a copy of the signed agreement on this email ID.

Step 5: Pay your Security Deposit and pro-rated rental.

You will be emailed an invoice which includes a security deposit that is equal to 2 months rent (unless changed by Hyphen) + pro-rated rent from the day you join your Club. Note-the INR 10,000 booking advance is adjusted for in the Deposit.
